A new technology is currently in production by Google, Nokia, Visa and MasterCard . Commonly known as Near-field communications (NFC) technology could one day replace the plastic cards and cash in your wallet. A short-range wireless technology, not dissimilar to Bluetooth, that can be used to make electronic payments quickly and without hassle. Available in the latest Nexus S by Google with Nokia promising to include it as a standard feature on all their 2011 smart-phones.  Now all this sounds great and exciting because it will make payments so much easier for people, but the downfalls are hideous. Installation of this new technology will eventually eliminate all till worker because they will at the time serve no purpose to the enterprise. Security is another flaw that will disadvantage this technology unless necessary precautions are in place.
